There’s often a knee jerk reaction to cut prices but my view is that it’s not just about that. Prices need to be at a level that sustain your business but offer a fair deal to your customers. In the retail market some of the most successful brands are not the cheapest. In a few short years the web has become a one-stop shop for many of us. Remember the days when we had to get out of our chairs to look for a phone number? Not any more. With the advent of Yell.com and Google Maps we can look up phone numbers and directions.
